ف َقَرَّبَ صَمُوئِيلُ كُلَّ قَبائِلِ إسْرائِيلَ. ثُمَّ بَدَأُوا احْتِفالَ تَنصِيبِ المَلِكِ الجَدِيدِ.

So Samuel brought all the tribes of Israel near, and the tribe of Benjamin was chosen.
