ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺓ 3:4 ~ Judges 3:4

ت َرَكَهُمْ اللهُ هُناكَ لِيَمْتَحِنَ بِهِمْ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ، أرادَ أنْ يَرَى إنْ كانُوا سَيُطِيعُونَ أوامِرَ اللهِ الَّتِي أمَرَ بِها آباءَهُمْ عَلَى لِسانِ مُوسَى.

And they were to prove Israel by them, to know whether they would obey the commandments of Jehovah, which he commanded their fathers by the hand of Moses.
