ف ِي ذَلِكَ الوَقتِ، لَمْ يَكُنْ هُناكَ مَلِكٌ عَلَى بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ. وَكانَ كُلُّ واحِدٍ يَعمَلُ ما يَراهُ مُناسِباً.

In those days there was no king in Israel; each one did that which seemed right in his own eyes.
