ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺓ 18:29 ~ Judges 18:29

و َسَمُّوا المَدِينَةَ دانَ عَلَى اسْمِ جَدِّهِمْ دانَ بنِ يَعقُوبَ. وَلَكِنَّ اسْمَ المَدِينَةِ الأصلِيَّ هُوَ لايِشُ.

They called the name of the city Dan, after the name of Dan their father who was born in Israel. The name of the city had been Laish before.
