و َقالُوا لِيَفْتاحَ: «تَعالَ وَكُنْ آمِرَنا لِكَي نِسْتَطِيعَ مُقاتَلَةَ العَمُّونِيِّينَ.»

and they said to Jephthah, “Come and be our chief that we may fight against the sons of Ammon.”
