أ مّا أساساتُ المَدِينَةِ فَكانَتْ مُزَيَّنَةً بِكُلِّ أنواعِ الأحجارِ الكَرِيمَةِ. فَحَجَرُ الأساسِ الأوَّلُ كانَ مِنَ اليَشْبِ، وَالثّانِي مِنَ الياقُوتِ الأزرَقِ، وَالثّالِثُ مِنَ العَقِيقِ الأبيَضِ، وَالرّابِعُ مِنَ الزُّمُرُّدِ،
