ه َؤُلاءِ المُلُوكُ العَشرُ لَهُمْ هَدَفٌ واحِدٌ، وَسَيُعطونَ الوَحشَ قُوَّتَهُمْ وَسُلْطانِهِمْ.

These have one common policy (opinion, purpose), and they deliver their power and authority to the beast.
