أ كتُبُ إلَيكُمْ، يا مَنْ تُؤمِنُونَ بِاسْمِ ابنِ اللهِ، كَيْ تَتَيَقَّنوا أنَّ لَكُمُ الحَياةَ الأبَدِيَّةَ.

I write this to you who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) the name of the Son of God '> the peculiar services and blessings conferred by Him on men], so that you may know that you have life, yes, eternal life.
