ك ُونُوا مُنضَبِطِي النَّفسِ مُتَعَقِّلِينَ مُتَيَقِّظِينَ. لِأنَّ عَدُوَّكُمُ الشَّيطانُ يَتَجَوَّلُ مِثلَ أسَدٍ يَزأرُ باحِثاً عَمَّنْ يَلتَهِمُهُ.

Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
