ا خضَعُوا لِلمَلِكِ، الَّذِي هُوَ السُّلْطَةُ العُلْيا، وَلِلحُكّامِ الَّذِينَ يُرسِلُهُمْ لِمُعاقَبَةِ الأشرارِ، وَلِمَدْحِ فاعِلِي الخَيرِ.
