ف َلَحِقَ رِجالُ المَلِكِ بالرَّجُلينِ حَتَّى مَعابِرِ نَهرِ الأُردُنِّ. وَأُغلِقَتِ البَوّاباتُ فَورَ خُرُوجِ الَّذِينَ لَحِقُوهُما.

And the men pursued after them the way to the Jordan, to the fords; and when they who pursued after them had gone out, they closed the gate.
