و َيَبدَأُ حَدُّهُمُ الشِّمالِيُّ عِندَ نَهْرِ الأُردُنِّ، وَيَصْعَدُ إلَى المُنحَدَرِ الَّذِي شَمالَ أرِيحا، ثُمَّ يَصْعَدُ إلَى المِنطَقَةِ الجَبَلِيَّةِ غَرباً، وَيَنتَهِي عِندَ بَرِّيَّةِ بَيتِ آوِنَ.

The north side of their land was from the Jordan up to the north side of Jericho. Then it went west through the hill country, ending at the desert of Beth-aven.
