ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺮﺍﻧﻴﻴﻦ 9:17 ~ Hebrews 9:17

ف َالوَصِيَّةَ لا تُصبِحُ سارِيَةَ المَفعُولِ إلّا عِندَ المَوتِ، حَيْثُ إنَّها لا تَكُونُ نافِذَةَ المَفعُولِ فِي حَياةِ المُوصِي.

For a testament is confirmed by the death: otherwise it is not valid as long as the testator lives.
