ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺮﺍﻧﻴﻴﻦ 5:14 ~ Hebrews 5:14

أ مّا الطَّعامُ الحَقِيْقِيُّ فَلِلنّاضِجِيْنَ الَّذِيْنَ تَدَرَّبَتْ قُدُراتُهُمْ بِالخِبرَةِ عَلَى التَّمِيِيزِ بَيْنَ الخَيْرِ وَالشَّرِّ.

but solid food belongs to full-grown men, who, on account of habit, have their senses exercised for distinguishing both good and evil.
