ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺮﺍﻧﻴﻴﻦ 3:19 ~ Hebrews 3:19

ف َنَحنُ نَرَى أنَّ أُولَئِكَ لَمْ يَقدِرُوا أنْ يَدخُلُوا راحَةَ اللهِ بِسَبَبِ عَدَمِ إيمانِهِمْ.

So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
