ل َقَدْ تَرَكتُكَ فِي جَزِيرَةِ كرِيْتَ لِكَي تُكمِلَ تَرتِيبَ الأُمُورِ الَّتِي لَمْ تَكتَمِلْ بَعدُ، وَلِكَي تُعَيِّنَ شُيُوخاً فِي كُلِّ مَدِينَةٍ كَما أوصَيتُكَ.
