ب ِأنْ تَنشُرَ الرِّسالَةَ. كُنْ مُستَعِدّاً فِي وَقتٍ مُناسِبٍ وَغَيْرِ مُناسِبٍ. أقنِعِ النّاسَ، وَوَبِّخهُمْ، وَشَجِّعْ مَنْ يَحتاجُ إلَى تَشجِيْعٍ. وَافعَلْ ذَلِكَ بِتَعلِيمِهِمْ بِصَبرٍ،

preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
