ف َلتَتَخَلَّصُوا مِنْ هَذِهِ الأُمُورِ كُلِّها. تَخَلَّصُوا أيضاً مِنَ الغَضَبِ، وَالسَّخَطِ، وَالإساءَةِ وَالذَّمِّ وَالألفاظِ القَبيحَةِ.

But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.
