ا كتُبُوها وَاربِطُوها عَلامَةً عَلَى أيدِيكُمْ، وَالبَسُوها كَعُصابَةٍ عَلَى جِباهِكُمْ.

You shall bind them for a sign on your hand, and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes.
