ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 4:42 ~ Deuteronomy 4:42

ل ِيَهرُبَ إلَيها مَنْ يَقتُلُ بِغَيرِ قَصْدٍ، وَدُونَ أنْ تَكُونَ بَينَهُما عَداوَةٌ سابِقِةٌ. فَيُمكِنُ لِهَذا الشَّخصِ أنْ يَهرُبَ إلَى إحدَى تِلكَ المُدُنِ وَيَبقَى حَيّاً.

that the man slayer might flee there, who kills his neighbor unawares, and didn’t hate him in time past; and that fleeing to one of these cities he might live:
