ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 31:9 ~ Deuteronomy 31:9

و َكَتَبَ مُوسَى هَذِهِ الشَّرِيعَةَ وَأعطاها لِلكَهَنَةِ الَّذِينَ مِنْ نَسلِ لاوِي، الَّذِينَ حَمَلُوا صُنْدُوقَ عَهْدِ اللهِ ، وَلِجَمِيعِ شُيُوخِ وَقادَةِ إسْرائِيلَ.

So Moses wrote this law and delivered it to the priests, the sons of Levi, who bore the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and to all the elders of Israel.
