ت َقْتَرِضُونَ مِنَ الغَرِيبِ، وَلا تُقْرِضُونَهُ. يُصبِحُ هُوَ الرَّأسُ وَأنتُمُ الذَّنَبُ.

He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.
