« تَزدادُ سُلطَةُ الغَرِيبِ السّاكِنِ فِي وَسَطِكُمْ، بَينَما تَتَناقَصُ سُلطَتُكُمْ.

The transient (stranger) among you shall mount up higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower.
