ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 28:13 ~ Deuteronomy 28:13

و َيَجعَلُكُمْ اللهُ رَأساً لا ذَنَباً. وَتَكُونُونَ فِي القِمَّةِ لا فِي القاعِ. هَذا إنْ أطَعْتُمْ وَصايا إلَهِكُمْ الَّتِي أُوصِيكُمْ بِها اليَومَ، وَحَفِظتُمُوها بِحِرصٍ،

The Lord will make you the head and not the tail. If you listen to the Laws of the Lord your God which I tell you today and be careful to obey them, you will only be above and not below.
