« حِينَ يَقَعُ نِزاعٌ بَينَ شَخصَينِ، فَليَذْهَبا إلَى المَحكَمَةِ. وَعَلَى القُضاةِ أنْ يَفصِلُوا بَينَهُما، فَيُحَدِّدُوا مَنِ البَريءُ وَمَنِ المُذْنِبُ.
