ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 23:4 ~ Deuteronomy 23:4

ف َهُمْ لَمْ يَأتُوا لِيُلاقُوكُمْ بِالطَّعامِ وَالماءِ فِي الطَّرِيقِ حِينَ خَرَجتُمْ مِنْ مِصْرَ. وَقَدِ استَأجَرُوا ضِدَّكُمْ بَلعامَ بنَ بَعُورَ، الَّذِي مَنْ مَدِينَةِ فَتُورَ فِي بِلادِ ما بَينَ النَّهرَينِ، لِكَي يَلعَنَكُمْ.

Because they did not meet you with food and water on the way when you came forth out of Egypt, and because they hired Balaam son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia against you to curse you.
