ب َلِ اسْمَحْ لِلأُمَّ بِالذَّهابِ، ثُمَّ خُذِ الفِراخَ، لِكَي يَكُونَ لَكَ خَيرٌ وَتَعِيشَ زَمَناً طَوِيلاً.

You shall surely let the mother bird go, and take only the young, that it may be well with you and that you may prolong your days.
