ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 21:6 ~ Deuteronomy 21:6

ف َيَغسِلُ شُيُوخُ تِلكَ المَدِينَةِ القَرِيبَةِ لِلجُثَّةِ أيدِيَهُمْ فَوقَ العِجلَةِ الَّتِي كُسِرَ عُنُقُها فِي الوادِي.

All the elders of that city, who are nearest to the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley.
