ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 21:3 ~ Deuteronomy 21:3

ث ُمَّ يَأخُذُ شُيُوخُ أقرَبِ مَدِينَةٍ مِنَ الجُثَّةِ عِجلَةً مِنَ البَقَرِ لَمْ تُستَخدَمْ لِلعَمَلِ وَلَمْ يُوضَعْ عَلَيها نِيرٌ.

The leaders of the city that is nearest to the dead man will take a young cow from the cattle. The cow must never have been worked or pulled a plow.
