ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 20:10 ~ Deuteronomy 20:10

« وَحِينَ تَقتَرِبُونَ مِنْ مَدِينَةٍ لِتُحارِبُوها، فاعرِضُوا السَّلامَ أوَّلاً.

When thou comest nigh unto a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace unto it.
