ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 18:16 ~ Deuteronomio 18:16

ف َهَذا ما طَلَبتُمُوهُ مِنْ إلَهِكُمْ فِي جَبَلِ حُورِيبَ، فِي اليَومِ الَّذِي اجتَمَعْتُمْ فِيهِ هُناكَ، إذْ قُلْتُمْ: ‹لا نُريدُ أنْ نَسمَعَ المَزيدَ مِنْ صَوتِ إلَهِنا ، أوْ نُواجِهَ المَزيدَ مِنْ هَذِهِ النّارِ، وَإلّا فَإنَّنا سَنَمُوتُ!›

Avrai così quello che chiedesti al Signore tuo Dio, in Oreb, il giorno dell’assemblea, quando dicesti: “Che io non oda più la voce del Signore mio Dio, e non veda più questo gran fuoco, affinché io non muoia”.
