ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 15:2 ~ Deuteronomy 15:2

و َتُلْغَى كَما يَلِي: كُلُّ مَنْ أقرَضَ مالاً لِشَخصٍ آخَرَ مِنْ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ، يُلغِيَ هَذا الدَّينَ. لا يُطالِبْ بِهِ جارَهُ أوْ قَرِيبَهُ، لأنَّهُ قَدْ أُعلِنَ وَقتٌ لإلغاءِ الدُّيُونِ إكراماً للهِ.

This is the manner of remission: every creditor shall release what he has loaned to his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor and his brother, because the Lord’s remission has been proclaimed.
