ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 1:16 ~ Deuteronomy 1:16

« وَأوصَيتُ قُضاتَكُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ الوَقتِ، وَقُلْتُ لَهُمْ: استَمِعُوا إلَى الخُصُوماتِ الَّتِي بَينَ إخْوَتِكُمْ، وَاحْكُمُوا بِالحَقِّ وَالعَدلِ بَينَ إنْسانٍ وَآخَرَ، مُواطِناً كانَ أمْ غَريباً مُقيماً بَينَكُمْ.

And I commanded your judges at that time, saying, Hear between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and him also that sojourneth with him.
