و َلَكِنِّي أقُولُ: ما دامَ الوارِثُ طِفلاً، فَهُوَ لا يَختَلِفُ عَنِ العَبْدِ، رَغْمَ أنَّهُ يَملِكُ كُلَّ شَيءٍ.
