ﻛﻮﺭﻧﺜﻮﺱ ﺍﻻﻭﻝ 9:25 ~ 1 Corinthians 9:25

و َتَذكَّرُوا أنَّ كُلَّ مُتَنافِسٍ يُخضِعُ نَفسَهُ لِلتَّدرِيبِ الصّارِمِ. وَهُمْ إنَّما يَفعَلُونَ هَذا لِكَي يَفُوزُوا بِإكلِيلٍ فانٍ، أمّا نَحنُ فَسَنَفُوزُ بِإكلِيلٍ لا يَفنَى.

Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.
