ﻛﻮﺭﻧﺜﻮﺱ ﺍﻻﻭﻝ 14:22 ~ 1 Corinthians 14:22

و َهَذا يَعْني أنَّ التَّكَلُّمَ بِلُغاتٍ أُخْرَى هُوَ عَلامَةُ دَينونَةٍ ضَدَّ غَيرِ المُؤمِنِينَ، لا ضَدَّ المُؤمِنِينَ. أمّا التَّنَبُّؤُ فَعَلامَةُ بَرَكَةٍ لِلمُؤمِنينَ، لا لِغَيرِ المُؤمِنِينَ.

Therefore, tongues are for a sign, not to those that believe, but to those that do not believe; but prophecy is not for those that do not believe, but for those who believe.
