ف َاللهُ يَرحَمُ مَنْ يَختارُ أنْ يَرحَمَهُ، وَيُقَسِّي مَنْ يَختارُ أنْ يُقَسِّيَ قَلبَهُ.

so, then, to whom He willeth, He doth kindness, and to whom He willeth, He doth harden.
