ل ِذَلِكَ يَنبَغي أنْ يُخضَعَ لَهُمْ، لا خَوفاً مِنْ غَضَبِ اللهِ وَعِقابِهِ فَحَسْبُ، بَلْ مِنْ أجلِ راحَةِ ضَمِيرِكَ أيضاً.

Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience’ sake.
