و َبَعدَ أنْ تَناوَلُوا ما يَكفِي مِنَ الطَّعامِ، خَفَّفُوا حِملَ السَّفِينَةِ بِأنْ ألقَوْا الحُبُوبَ فِي البَحرِ. تَحَطُّمُ السَّفِينَة

When they had eaten enough, they began to lighten the ship by throwing out the wheat into the sea.
