و َبَعدَ مُرُورِ عامَينِ، خَلَفَهُ بُورْكيُوسَ فِسْتُوسَ والِياً. وَتَرَكَ فِيلِكسُ بُولُسَ مَسجُوناً، لِأنَّهُ كانَ يُرِيدُ أنْ يُرضِيَ اليَهُودَ.

But after two years Felix received Porcius Festus as successor; and Felix, wanting to win the grace of the Jews, left Paul bound.
