و َفِي اليَومِ التّالِي تَرَكُوا الفُرسانَ يُواصِلُونَ السَّفَرَ مَعَهُ، أمّا هُمْ فَعادُوا إلَى المُعَسْكَرِ.

And the next day they returned to the barracks, leaving the mounted men to proceed with him.
