و َلَمّا قارَبَتِ الأيّامُ السَّبعَةُ عَلَى الانتِهاءِ، جاءَ بَعضُ اليَهُودِ مِنْ مُقاطَعَةِ أسِيّا وَدَخَلوا ساحَةَ الهَيكَلِ. فَلَمّا رَأَوْا بُولُسَ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ، هَيَّجُوا النّاسَ كُلَّهُمْ وَأمسَكُوا بِهِ.
