ل َكِنَّهُ كانَ نَبِيّاً، وَقَدْ عَرَفَ أنَّ اللهَ قَطَعَ لَهُ وَعداً مَصحُوباً بِقَسَمٍ بِأنَّهُ سَيُجلِسُ واحِداً مِنْ نَسلِهِ عَلَى عَرشِهِ.
