ف َرَآهُ جِيْرانُهُ وَالَّذِيْنَ اعتادُوا رُؤْيَتَهُ وَهُوَ يَسْتَعْطِي فَقالُوا: «ألَيْسَ هَذا هُوَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي كانَ يَجلِسُ وَيَسْتَعْطِي؟»

The neighbours therefore, and those who used to see him before, that he was a beggar, said, Is not this he that was sitting and begging?
