و َكانَتْ هَذِهِ نُبُوَّةً بِأنَّ يَسُوعَ سَيَمُوتُ عَنِ الأُمَّةِ. وَلَمْ يَكُنْ قِيافا يَعلَمُ ذَلِكَ، لَكِنَّهُ تنَبَّأ بِذَلِكَ لِأنَّهُ كانَ رَئِيْسَ الكَهَنَةِ فِي تِلْكَ السَّنَةِ.
