ف َسَألُوهُ: «فَمَنْ أنتَ إذاً؟ أأنتَ إيلِيّا؟» قالَ: «لا.» فَسَألُوهُ: «أأنتَ النَّبِيُّ؟» فَقالَ: «لا.»

And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.
