و َأطلَقَ سَراحَ الرَّجُلِ المِسجُونِ بِسَبَبِ التَّمَرُّدِ المُسَلَّحِ وَالقَتلِ. وَهُوَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي اختاروهُ. وَسَلَّمَ بِيلاطُسُ يَسُوعَ لَهُمْ لِكَي يَفعَلُوا بِهِ ما يُرِيدُونَ. يَسُوعُ عَلَى الصَّلِيب

And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will.
