ل َكِنَّ أهلَ بِلادِهِ كانُوا يُبغِضُونَهُ، فَأرسَلُوا وَفداً بَعدَهُ لِيَقُولَ: ‹لا نُرِيدُ أنْ يَكُونَ هَذا الرَّجُلُ مَلِكاً عَلَينا!›
