ك ُلُّ مَنْ يُحاوِلُ أنْ يَحفَظَ حَياتَهُ سَيَخسَرُها، وَكُلُّ مَنْ يَخسَرُ حَياتَهُ يَحفَظُها.

Whosoever shall seek to gain his life shall lose it: but whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
