ف َبَدَأ الفِرِّيسِيُّونَ وَمُعَلِّمُو الشَّرِيعَةِ يَتَذَمَّرُونَ وَيَقولونَ: «هَذا الرَّجُلُ يُرَحِّبُ بِالخُطاةِ وَيَأْكُلُ مَعَهُمْ!»

and the Pharisees and the scribes were murmuring, saying -- This one doth receive sinners, and doth eat with them.'
